This position is located in the Office of Enterprise Business and Software Services (EBSS), Software Services (SS), within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent reports to the Software Services manager. As an Applications Systems Developer the incumbent is primarily responsible for design, development, and maintenance of Agency Intranet and web-applications, with increasing emphasis on the modernization of such systems, as well as their integration with existing internally and externally developed systems. Activities associated with this position typically include systems design, modification, procedural changes, user liaison, analysis and research and development. The individual works closely with staff from agency program offices, other senior level technical experts, developers, as well as contract staff.
